What to expect from your first visit
Your first consultation is a conversation — a real one. I want to hear your story. Not just your symptoms, but your life. What you've been through. What you've tried. What you're afraid of. What you're hoping for.
Homeopathy is individualized medicine. Two women with the same diagnosis may need completely different remedies — because homeopathy treats the person, not the disease. The more I understand about you, the more precisely I can find the remedy that fits.

Is the consultation in person or virtual?
Consultations are available both virtually (via Zoom or phone) and in person. Virtual appointments allow us to work together no matter where you are.
What should I expect at my first appointment?
Your first visit is a thorough conversation about your health — past and present. We'll discuss your symptoms, your emotional and mental state, your history, and your goals. The more you share, the better I can find the remedy that truly fits you.
How long until I see results?
Acute conditions (colds, flu, injuries) often respond within hours to days. Chronic conditions that have been present for years may take weeks to months of consistent care. Healing happens in layers — and every layer matters.
Do I need to stop my current medications?
No. Homeopathic remedies are safe to use alongside conventional medications. We will discuss your current medications during your consultation.
Can homeopathy help my children?
Absolutely. Homeopathy is one of the gentlest and most effective systems of medicine for children. It is safe from infancy through adulthood.
