Shipping & Returns

At Root & Remedy Collective, every order is prepared and shipped with care from our small family dispensary. Because of the nature of homeopathic remedies — which are sensitive to light, heat, and handling — we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped. We appreciate your understanding and are always here to help if you have questions before you purchase.

Shipping

We ship all orders via USPS from our dispensary in Whitesboro, TX. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of receipt. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. The following shipping options are available at checkout:

Delivery estimates are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. Root & Remedy Collective is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of homeopathic remedies and health products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and processed.

Homeopathic remedies are sensitive preparations that can be affected by environmental factors during transit and handling. For the safety and integrity of every customer's order, we are unable to resell or restock returned products.

We encourage you to read each product description carefully and reach out to us with any questions before purchasing. We are happy to help you choose the right remedy for your family.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to make it right.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will open a claim with USPS on your behalf. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
